What is OT?

In my words, occupational therapy is a profession that helps people of all ages find ways to live better within whatever capacity they can. As a pediatric OT, this means I help kids with daily occupations such as play, relate to peers, relate to parents, participate at school, eat, and other activities they need or desire to do.
